PROGRESSIVE TWO DAY COURSE

Course includes meals and refreshments.

Location: at "Sedgemere", Eildon - see map under Location on navigation bar.

COURSE INCLUDES
Day One:  The full introductory One Day Course, lunch, morning tea and light snack and refreshments on return from fishing.
Day Two:  A fly tying session with Mick Hall.  This Course is where you actually tie your own flies and during the afternoon, you fish with flies that you have tied and hopefulloy catch that first trout on a fly you have tied yourself.

If you are one of the lucky ones, you can become a member of the "hat trick club" - where you catch your first trout on a fly on day one, tie your first fly and catch a trout on a fly you have tied.  Most of those that do this Two Day Course actually do become members of the hat trick club.

After lunch (during the Open Season), we're on the river until dark, working hard for that membership.  Light snack and refreshments included on return from fishing.

GEAR REQUIRED
  • your own fly fishing gear or gear if you have it, otherwise use ours, but it is advisable to learn with your own gear if you have it
  • As we cannot control the weather, YOU MUST bring wet weather gear such as rain jacket, waders or rubber boots and a change of clothing.
  • Accommodation can be arranged at nearby caravan parks, or motels, the choice is yours.  It should be noted we do not include the cost of accommodation in this Course but we can arrange it for you.  If you choose a Caravan Park you will be required to bring a sleeping bag and pillow, plus your personal toiletries.
