Entomology is often regarded as one of the most frustrating and confusing
aspects of fly fishing. The height of this confusion comes to light when we try to match the flies in our boxes to those
seen on the stream or lake side. It is just as confusing to know what flies to carry to meet these situations.
So little has been written for the flyflicker on the life history of bugs and insects of Australia,
so it is not surprising that this situation exists.
We have designed this Course to discover and explore that elusive link between the insect world
and the flies we tie or purchase.
The program is televised for easy viewing of flies tied.
